Employee benefit-related spending in the US for specialty drugs has nearly doubled in the past 5 years. One percent (1%) of the typical group health plan participants are generating more than fifty percent (50%) of the prescription drug benefit spending through the use of specialty drugs.

We are operating the first large-scale operation to harness the alternate funding market for specialty drugs on behalf of our group health plans and their participants. Linking consultative advocacy with improvements in plan design allows us to access alternate funding for those prescribed specialty drugs. This has resulted in reducing customer employee benefit-related specialty drug spending by more than 60-65%, net/net.
